Airtac Lancer Level 1
$450.00

This build is designed to perform at a high level with the bare minimum upgrades necessary to meet my standards. I personally used this setup for two weeks and was extremely pleased with the results. The goal of this build is semi-auto responsiveness. It will keep up with how fast you can pull the trigger—you'll never feel it holding you back. It fires at around 28 rounds per second (RPS), depending on your battery, and delivers approximately 380 FPS.

To keep costs down while maintaining performance, I modified many of the original parts to meet my standards.

Step 1: Disassembly and Cleaning
The first step was a full teardown and deep clean. All the factory gunk is gone!

Motor Replacement
The stock motor was simply unusable, so I replaced it with the tried-and-true Real Deal Golden Boy motor.

Gears
I kept the original 18:1 gears, thoroughly cleaned and polished them, and inspected for any imperfections. If any gear wasn't in perfect condition, it was replaced. I then shimmed the gear set for optimal performance and smooth operation.

Bushings
I chose to keep the bushings in the gearbox shell to maximize long-term reliability—bulletproof and dependable.

Piston Work
The original SHS clone piston was lightened to reduce gearbox stress and improve efficiency. I also adjusted the angle of engagement (AOE) using a spacer and removed the second tooth to optimize performance.

Nozzle Upgrade
The original nozzle was swapped for a 21.1mm POM nozzle to achieve a perfect air seal. (If you select the upgraded hop-up option, this will be changed to a 21.0mm nozzle.)

Perun Pro Upgreade recomended
If you opt for the Perun Pro upgrade (which I highly recommend), I can also modify the original trigger to have the trigger feel, just like it would normally be on safe.

Airtac Lancer Level 2
$665.00

This is the build I personally designed for myself—and it’s exactly what you’d expect from a true high-end setup. Every component in this build is carefully selected for maximum durability and long-term reliability, capable of withstanding whatever abuse you throw its way. The goal was to create a system that delivers the best of all worlds: lightning-fast trigger response, blazing full-auto performance at a minimum of 30 RPS (depending on the battery), and consistent output around 380 FPS. Unlike its lower-tier counterpart, this build has no weaknesses—it’s built to perform, and built to last.

Build Process

Step 1: Disassembly and Cleaning
The first step was a full teardown—and nearly everything from the original build was thrown out!
The stock gearbox was replaced with the rock-solid
Retro Arms Immortal gearbox shell, known for its durability and precision fit.

Motor Replacement
Powering the build is the tried-and-true Real Deal Golden Boy motor—reliable, responsive, and fast.

Gears
The original gears were swapped out for Real Deal 13:1 optimized gears. These provide excellent performance and improved tappet plate timing. They’re perfectly matched for high-speed, high-efficiency builds.

Bushings
While the original bushings were acceptable, I opted for Real Deal FLT bushings. These offer even lower resistance and long-term reliability. It's a zero-failure component you’ll never need to think twice about.

Piston Work
The SHS-clone piston was lightened to reduce stress on the gearbox and increase efficiency. I also adjusted the angle of engagement (AOE) with a spacer and removed the second tooth for smoother operation and optimized wear.

Piston Head Upgrade
The original piston head was upgraded to the Real Deal piston head, which provides better air efficiency and performs more consistently under high rates of fire.

Nozzle Upgrade
To ensure a perfect air seal, I installed a 21.1mm POM nozzle.
(Note: If you choose the upgraded hop-up, this will be swapped to a 21.0mm nozzle for ideal compatibility.)

Perun Pro
The Perun Pro is one of the best MOSFETs on the market, offering every feature you could possibly want.   I can also modify the original trigger to have the trigger feel, just like it would normally be on safe.

Airtac Lancer Level 3
$944.00

Introducing the pinnacle of performance builds—a terrifying 45 RPS dual-selector monster. No corners have been cut; this is exactly what you'd expect from a fully built, top-tier airsoft gun. I designed this build to be fast, efficient, and relentlessly reliable.

Every time you pull the trigger, you'll feel the difference—and when you flip to full auto, heads will turn. You’ll finally be that guy everyone’s yelling at:
“No full auto in the buildings!”

Build Process

Step 1: Disassembly and Cleaning
This build started with a complete teardown—and nearly every original part was tossed.
The factory gearbox was replaced with the ultra-durable
Retro Arms Immortal gearbox shell, known for its precision and longevity.

Motor Replacement
The heart of the build is the legendary Real Deal Golden Boy motor—ultra-reliable, snappy, and powerful under stress.

Gears
Replaced with the incredible 18:1 Real Deal Airsoft DSG gear set. This set has the best tappet plate timing among DSG setups and is known for its near-indestructible performance.

Bushings
Installed Real Deal FLT bushings—designed for minimal resistance and unmatched longevity. A true zero-failure part.

Piston Work
The original piston has been replaced with the Real Deal Ultimate DSG piston, specifically built to handle the extreme stress of high-speed builds.

Piston Head Upgrade
Upgraded to the FPS Softair piston head, my go-to choice for DSG builds. It's the lightest piston head I've tested and delivers outstanding air seal and performance under pressure.

Nozzle Upgrade
Installed a 21.1mm POM nozzle for a perfect air seal.
(Note: If you opt for the upgraded hop-up, this will be swapped for a 21.0mm nozzle for optimal fit.)

Perun Pro
The Perun Pro is one of the best MOSFETs on the market, offering every feature you could possibly want.   I can also modify the original trigger to have the trigger feel, just like it would normally be on safe.

Cylinder Head
Finished off with the Real Deal Cylinder Head, built to endure the harsh abuse of a DSG setup. It features a thicker nozzle shaft for improved air seal and added stability.
